Where does your yarn come from?

 All of my yarn is mulesing-free and sourced from Peru, Argentina, and Uruguay. These farms follow sustainable practices for the workers and the environment. All of my bases (minus zebra & prismatic bases) are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning the fiber is tested for harmful substances and are safe from a human and ecological perspective. 

When will my yarn ship?

I ship all orders monday-friday!

What's your return policy?

 
 I will offer you a refund on the purchase price of your yarn within 30 days of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect.
 Defects include: Knots, weak or underspun areas, or any other concern with the yarn, please email me and I’ll be happy to help you! I want you to love your yarn ❤️

 

I cannot process a refund if

Dye lot difference or tangling due to improper winding.

 

Color Matching

 I photograph all of my yarn in natural light to best capture accurate colors. Please keep in mind colors may vary on different screens.
I dye my yarn in small batches so all skeins will differ slightly. I recommend alternating skeins for best results.

 

How do I care for my yarn?

  I rinse my yarn several times after the dyeing process using wool wash. However, deeper colors like red and blue may bleed after the first wash. I recommend hand washing your finished creation in warm water with a gentle detergent or wool wash and lay them flat to dry. 

Do you offer custom colors?

 Unfortunately I do not. My creative energy is put into creating colorways for my collections!
