Refund

I will offer you a refund on the purchase price of your yarn within 30 days of purchase if there is a manufacturing defect.

Defects include: Knots, weak or under-spun areas, or any other concern with the yarn, please email me and I’ll be happy to help you! I want you to love your yarn ❤️

I cannot process a refund if

Dye lot difference or tangling due to improper winding.

Return

Yarn may be returned within 2 weeks of receiving it as long as it's still twisted/labeled as it was when received. Email me at nerdyknitsyarn@gmail.com to request a return.
